Elise Stefanik

Elise Stefanik is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for New York's 21st congressional district since 2015. She is a member of the Republican Party and has held several leadership roles, including Chair of the House Republican Conference. Prior to her election to Congress, Stefanik worked in the George W. Bush administration and served as a senior advisor to the U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations. She is recognized for her focus on national defense, foreign policy, and efforts to increase women's participation in politics.
