Rear Admiral Mark Montgomery

Rear Admiral Mark Montgomery is a retired U.S. Navy officer with extensive experience in cyber operations, national security, and defense policy. He served in various leadership roles within the Navy, including as Director of the Navy Cyber Warfare Development Group and as Deputy Director for Cyber Operations at U.S. Cyber Command. After retiring, he joined the Foundation for Defense of Democracies as Senior Director of the Center for Cyber and Technology Innovation, where he leads efforts to strengthen U.S. cybersecurity and counter emerging threats from adversarial nations and non-state actors.
