Saliha Afridi is a USA/UAE Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Arizona School of Professional Psychology, complemented by a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a BA in Anthropology from the University of Michigan. Raised and educated in the US, she relocated to Dubai in 2008 with a mission to impact the mental health landscape of the region. In 2011, she co-founded The LightHouse Arabia with Dr. Tara Wyne, which has evolved into one of the largest mental health centers in the UAE.
Her expertise spans child and adult mental health, insight-oriented therapy with executives, executive coaching, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and depth psychology through her Diploma candidacy at C.G. Jung Institute Zurich. Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Afridi is recognized as a media expert, thought leader on burnout recovery and self-reflection, and passionate advocate for mental health awareness and destigmatization. She has contributed thousands of hours to community education and was instrumental in bringing Mental Health First Aid certification to the UAE. As a devoted mother of four, spiritual psychologist, and passionate advocate for courageous living and self-awareness, Dr. Afridi embodies her mission of guiding individuals toward wholeness and authentic happiness.
